Founder's Day a success. Speakers that day included Art Ryan who founded RISE, Pastor Beck, Paul Gilbert and Denise Payton. To take a walk back in time and see pictures of RISE from the beginning was amazing. The individuals that had a huge part in starting RISE are still very involved and give their hearts and time. RISE has made great improvments over the years and we will continue to grow strong.
